HOW CAN I PRESERVE TODAY’S IMAGE OF LONDON TRANSPORTATION FOR THE FUTURE TO LOOK BACK AT?
Using the current London Underground map, I designed a typeface with letters found on the map itself. I further developed it as a typography book and a playing cards deck using the typeface. The book reveals the location of each letter on the map. The playing cards are an interactive addition allowing the audience to create their own words and play with letters. This way the current underground map reveals itself slowly in bits to the audience.
